Are the earrings hypoallergenic?

Of course, bestie! That's one of the reasons I decided to create these earrings! Something that wouldn't bother my ears, and yours!

What if I need to return something?

No worries, we’ve got a 30-day return policy. Just hit up our awesome customer service with your order number and why you need to return it. We’ll take care of you.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to make any changes before your order has shipped, just give us a shout ASAP! We’ll do our best to fix it for you.

Are the claw clips durable?

Oh yeah! Our claw clips can withstand everything life throws at you. Made with strong cellulose acetate, they can standup to life's hurdles. Just like you!

When will my order ship?

Your order will be shipped within a week. If it's a pre-order item, the shipping time will be specified on the product listing. If your order includes both regular and pre-order items, they will ship together once all items are available.
